This policy applies to any paid Sage – Second Brain features or subscriptions offered through Apple's App Store. Sage is provided by Maxim Ermolaev. Free features and free beta access do not create a refundable purchase.
Subscription Cancellations
You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in iOS Settings under your name, then Subscriptions, then Sage. Cancellation stops future renewal; it is separate from a refund request. Access ordinarily continues for the remaining paid period, subject to Apple's rules and any approved refund. Trial access may end when cancelled. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
If you do not want a trial to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
App Store Refunds
Apple processes App Store payments and decides refund requests under its policies and applicable consumer law. Sage cannot directly issue or guarantee a refund for an Apple-billed purchase. Eligibility may vary by country, purchase and circumstances; this policy does not promise a fixed refund window.
To request a refund, visit Apple Report a Problem, sign in with the Apple account used for the purchase, select the refund option and choose the relevant Sage purchase. Follow Apple's instructions to submit your reason. See Apple's refund guidance for help with missing or pending charges and checking the status of a request.
Technical and Billing Problems
If paid features do not work, you see an unexpected charge, or you need help identifying a purchase, contact ermolaevm22@gmail.com. Include a description of the problem, the purchase date and an order reference if available. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated private notes. We can help investigate Sage issues, while Apple handles the refund decision and payment.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or other rights that apply under consumer protection law. If Sage introduces another payment channel, the terms applicable to that channel will be disclosed before purchase.
